I am the Chief Operating Officer of a medium-sized nonprofit organization, overseeing every aspect of our business operations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brickhost?
When I joined the organization, our internal IT support was virtually nonexistent, and issues existed at every level. We contracted Brickhost to evaluate our systems, recommend improvements, and implement necessary IT changes and upgrades throughout the organization.

Through networking and ongoing discussions, we determined that Brickhost was the most knowledgeable and professional provider. They also had the staffing capacity to handle the volume of work we required. Brickhost’s leadership communicated technical issues and solutions in a way that our staff could easily understand.

Brickhost addresses, evaluates, and resolves daily technical support issues across all levels of our staff. Their services include support for security, software, and hardware issues. They also serve as our trusted resource for technical planning, hardware maintenance and upgrades, and ongoing software and security management, support, and recommendations.

The Outcome
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Brickhost supported us at every level when we established a call center from the ground up, providing technical support both internally and with third-party vendors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brickhost facilitated our transition to remote work, making a difficult process much smoother than it could have been.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
All levels of both organizations communicate very effectively.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As technology continues to evolve rapidly, it’s critical to work with IT professionals who not only understand these changes but can clearly explain their impact on your business. Brickhost delivers this in a consultative and approachable way that is refreshing.
