The DNS servers are listed below:
NS1.BRICKHOST.COM
NS2.BRICKHOST.COM

2. I just changed my DNS and my website still does not work? ^Top
This is because it takes 24-72 hours for your settings to migrate around the Internet. A good way to check if things are being broadcast is to do a ping from your MS DOS Prompt. Simply type: ping yourdomain.com and if it returns with replies from an IP address starting with 67.228 then it should be done updating.

3. Is there any other way to access my website while waiting for the DNS to update? ^Top
Yes there is in fact a way by using http://www.brickhost.com/~username

4. How do I ftp? ^Top
You need to use an FTP client such as WS_FTP or Filezilla (only 2 examples out of many). Please go to a software search engine to find copies of the software (download.com, softseek.com....etc). To use the FTP client put ftp.yourdomain.com in the host text field, your login is your username and the password is your account password. Please contact us for more help on this topic at support@brickhost.com

Data transfer is the amount of data moved between your site and the browsers of the customers accessing your site.

The amount of data transfer included with your account is based on a month of use, i.e. you have 30 days in which to use the 1GB of transfer.

7. Where is my Control Panel? ^Top
All accounts come with our cPanel account control application. You can access your control panel at: http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/ or you may use, http://67.228.7.145/cpanel/
